I am very happy to see such a thriving community of bloggers who are passionate about Vietnamese food. Delicious Vietnam was a real adventure to me, I had no idea what to cook. Really loved the challenge.
I must say the Bánh Mí Baguette was really delicious and my husband is still craving for more.

Sadness. I didn't make it in time this time around but still enjoyed the round up. Your noodle soup looks like exactly the pungent tasty type of soup I'd order at a Vietnamese restaurant!
