Man vs Food at Hot n Juicy in Las Vegas

My luck at Las Vegas doesn't involve sirens of winning bells or triple 7s (although I did hit 1000 coins on Wheel of Fortune once) but I did get lucky at Hot n Juicy restaurant in Las Vegas. We came to dinner on the same day Adam from Man vs Food on the Travel Channel was filming. After shooting his needed segments he went around to take pictures with everyone, and very cheerfully too since he was shooting for over 10 hours.

Hot n Juicy offers several different sauce but I always go for the one with everything: lemon, butter, garlic and spices. We ordered 1 pound of crawfish $9.99/lb , 1 pound of blue crab $9.99/lb and a bowl of crawfish eutoffee $6.99.

Crawfishes are in season May to September so the critters had a good amount of meat. The blue crab is flown fresh from Texas and they were so fresh, succulent and SWEET especially dunking then rolling the meat in the crack addicting cajun sauce. The eutoffee was delicious with minced celery, a thick base and rice.

I am making a trip to Hot n Juicy every time I come back to Vegas which means AT LEAST 2-4 times a year. They make the BEST cajun sauce and the seafood is uber fresh which makes a mile difference in the local joints of CrawDaddy and Boiling Crab in San Jose, CA.

I smelled like garlic for days but I call that love baby.
