My "ultimate" burger at Burger Bar in Las Vegas

OK, so everyone knows Hubert Kellers owns Burger Bar and is famous for his other restaurant ventures such as Fleur de Lys in San Francisco and Las Vegas AND he was in Season 1 of Top Chef. OH and his signature dessert at his fancy Michelin star restaurant is the Fleur Burger. Check out my Flickr pics from Fleur de Lys. I will just explain the "Masterpiece" burger I created:

*Ciabatta Roll
*Black Angus Beef- Medium Rare (there is really no other way to eat it)
*Seared Foie Gras
*Jalapeno bacon
*Sauteed Oyster Mushrooms

Sweet Potato Fries
Deep Fried Jalapeno Pickles

I was debating about adding lobster too but I think that pushes from being a burger lover to fat ass maniac. My heart and cholesterol is probably not very happy with me but that was one damn juicy, ingredients-perfectly-complemented and "better than sex" burger I had. For now...

I'm not stopping on my list is Daniel Boulud's famous Original NY burger: 9oz sirloin beef stuffed with short ribs, foie gras and black truffle burger...and let's not forget Burgar Bar's $60 Rossini burger: kobe beef, sauteed foie gras, shaved truffles, Madeira sauce on a onion bun.

Now that I think about it, McDonald's Hamburger Burgalar as a career ain't so bad...
