Margherita pizza is the definition of simple things in life being the most pleasurable.
$11.50 for one size which is really for one person, I like how they give real Parmesan cheese to sprinkle on top. The dough is very thin and too floppy to hold. I find the crust too doughy considering it is a thin crust pizza. The mozzarella is very creamy and milky. My favorite pizza is from Pizzeria Picco and Gitane. Delfina ranks right after them. Pizzeria Delfina charges a 4% healthy San Francisco tax.

You should hit up Mozza when you're down in LA next time :)
SF requires restaurants with a certain # of employees to have health insurance. The restaurant passes the expense onto the consumer. I want the servers to have health insurance but it should be factored into the cost of the food then an additional charge.
