The Monte Cristo is an array of Easter pastel colors. The bread is griddled french toast with a heaping amount of scrambled eggs, slices of ham, melted cheese and very generously dusted with powdered sugar. Sweet and Savory overload. The choice of sides are fries, tomatoes or hash browns. To-hell-with-in we ordered fries to further clog our arteries.

The Crab Hash is sauteed with bell peppers, onions and potatoes served with two poached eggs and topped with hollandaise sauce. There are noticeable large chunks of crab. The choice of sides are the same as above and no more to-hell-with-it attitude - we went with the tomato slices. The eggs were over cooked so we didn't get the sexy oozing egg yolk and the hollandaise sauce was too thick.

I definitely nursed my hangover after brunch at the Cheesecake Factory.

*I did break my word about not returning back to Cheesecake Factory after seeing the high three digit to four digit calorie count for their cheesecakes. Read about it here.
