Curry Sun Dried Tomato with Bell Pepper Pasta

Curry sun dried tomato with bell pepper pasta

Opened bottle of sun dried tomato. Check.

Still have a full jar of curry powder because every recipe calls for 1 teaspoon. Check, check.

Bell Pepper, Flat Leaf Parsley. Check.

I bet most of the ingredients listed above is sitting in your kitchen. Go ahead. I'll wait, take a peek in your pantry. I used Buitoni Riserva's Chicken and Four Cheese Ravioli for my 'Girls' Night Out' dinner party. However, your favorite pasta noodle or stuffed pasta will work too.

I served the pasta room temperature, next time I'm going to try it with whole wheat pasta and radishes. The flavors get better and even more complex the next day. This recipe is an easy way to ease someone into trying curry.

I served the pasta dish with purple and white cauliflower gratin.
